RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:

Holds full accountability for the site operation, cost management, service delivery and front facing services at the client facilities. Provides personal leadership and effective management of a wide range of activities for hard (when applicable) and soft services.
Furthermore the site lead is responsible for the implementation, evolution and maintenance of all CBRE GWS, Client and site specific Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental systems.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

Operations and client relations:

Ensures the delivery of services based on contract scope of work with full understanding of the scope variances by site (e.g. client provided, 3d party, self perform, LL, etc.)

Responsible for the delivery of all hard and soft services including support for events, catering, transportation, post/mail room as required on a site by site basis including the direction, supervision and oversight of subcontracted services
Drive operational control through the diligent measurement and monitoring of Metrics/KPI Management

Adds value in terms of delivery and innovation
Work with the FMP (facility management platform – reviewing the SSR incoming requests, dispatching WOs to the sub-contractors, completion of works evidence and reports in the system); raising of the POs
Develops and delivers scope growth opportunities with key client stakeholders; promotes high level of satisfaction among client users by promptly responding to their service requirements
Manage budget to support objectives and performance of the site. Leads site financial forecasting requirements. Drives compliant financial practices to ensure on time and compliant billing.
- Drives initiatives to achieve/exceed budget expectations at the Site level. Work on OOS/CCR requests approvals and achieving the results.



Financial Management:

- Manages site budget and owns analysis of variations and necessary budgetary correction action planning. Track the record of the invoices and the actual spend on a monthly basis.
- Drives enhancements to recurring spend actual (Labor/Sub/Materials, Optimize Self Perform utilization, Control Variable spend).
Manages accurate asset inventory & Life Cycle Assessment, including identification and support for Capital replacement projects and forward maintenance registers.
Ensures a cost effective maintenance program for all building(s), systems and equipment is in place. Ensures accurate asset list and essential customer site systems and equipment is managed.
Rigorous management/assessment of supplier KPI’s and continuous improvement opportunities.
Develops multi-year spend profile for all commodities. Optimizes timing of order placement to ensure cost advantage.

Sourcing:

- Drives Supplier compliance and control and manages supplier relationships.
Identify opportunities for increased up-take, smarter supplier relationships and more efficient processes. Collaborate with sourcing team across the region to speed up innovation.
Manage supplier selection processes using market analysis, concise request for proposals (RFPs), eAuctions and a data driven approach.

People Management:

- Manages the team, including recruiting, talent development, succession planning, training, rewarding and taking disciplinary actions. Deploys resource strategies to maximize headcount and skill base across the account.

QHSE:

Adheres to all CBRE GWS and Client Safety Policies and maintains the work environment, practices.
Ensures suitable and sufficient training of staff to avoid accidents and hazards contributing to a safe and healthy work environment.
Conducts incident reviews and Root Cause Analysis, Site Stand Downs and drive consequence Management for all safety incidents.
Inspires and behaves with unquestioned integrity and in accordance with CBRE Ethics Policy.
Ensures contingency plans are in place for emergencies. These include approved business continuity plans, disaster recovery plans etc.


REQUIREMENTS:

The successful candidate must have significant experience as a senior manager within the total facilities management industry, ideally within the FMCG manufacturing industry.

Although operating within a TFM environment, the candidate must demonstrate an exceptional knowledge about the delivery of hard services including planned, corrective and reactive works.

The candidate will have a proven track record of managing budget whilst delivering cost savings through efficiency based projects, ideally driven through the LSS (lean six sigma) process.

The candidate must have strong communication, influencing and management skills within a complex and multiple stakeholder environment.

It is essential that the successful candidate can demonstrate a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
