We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager responsible for one of our portfolios.

In this position you will lead and manage sites of Global Strategic Accounts (GSA) in Hungary with a range of food and FM services such as catering, vending, water and coffee machines, events, facilities management services such as reception, mailroom, cleaning, security, grounds maintenance, laundry, pest control, building and technical maintenance.

Our clients’ production and office sites are located in Central Hungary. There is a team of dedicated Facility Managers reporting to this position.
What would be your responsibility / role?

• Budget planning and monitoring, initiating saving proposals
• Responsible for profit including providing innovative service proposals
• Ensuring meeting of financial KPI-s
• Ensuring top quality of service
• Ensuring active and effective communication with the business partner
• Management of the team of Facility Managers with responsibilities involving recruitment, development, mentoring, coaching, motivation
• Manage changes, multiple projects and deadlines
• Ensuring high-quality services provided to all clients
• Support sales bidding and new contract mobilization

You will be able to achieve great results if you are:

• an experience manager having strong people and leadership skills
• able to manage stress
• proficient in budget management
• able to set priorities
• able to manage clients and fulfill and exceed clients’ needs
• demonstrating business ownership and financial acumen.

What you bring:

• a minimum of 5 years experience in integrated facilities management
• Facility Management studies / courses
• Business English (Advanced).
