Our customer: Integrated FM Supplier

Scope: Technical Services of technical building equipment

The FM service supplier requires support for implementation of the contract. The main workstreams and tasks are:
- Asset data collection
- Asset condition
- Support at Finalization of target organization
- as-is analysis situation at each site
- develop site-specific service delivery plans
- develop service delivery model and SOPs
- preparation project and site manuals
- complete 1st stage risk assessment HSEQ
- complete contractor safety rules
- introduce country specific HSEQ management systems
- site operations logbook system

In addition, support can be needed for the workstreams “finance, procurement, human resources, and IT. The described tasks are only an overview of the main topics in which support is requested by our customer. Detailed information will be given at project start.
