Bár a pozíció megnevezésében a Sourcing szerepel,többnyire Facilities Managamenthez tartozó feladatköröket takar.
Olyan középvezetőt keresnek aki átfogja és vezeti az FM feladatkköröket, illetve az új irodaházba való költöztetést is vezeti.

Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management:
Lead and optimize sourcing strategy for cost-efficiency and business alignment,
Manage supplier selection, negotiation, and contracts,
Oversee SAP Ariba implementation and digital procurement transformation.
Facility & Fleet Management:
Lead upcoming office relocation project,
Ensure compliance with safety and regulations.
Manage vehicle fleet lifecycle, including policies, maintenance, and sustainability.
Process & Systems:
Own sourcing workflows in SAP Ariba,
Standardize and automate procurement processes,
Coordinate with IT and Finance,
Report sourcing and operations performance to leadership.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
A Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or similar,
7–10 years experience in sourcing, incl. 3+ in leadership,
SAP Ariba or similar system knowledge,
Facility management and office move experience is a plus,
Strong negotiation, project management, and stakeholder skills,
Fluent in English, local language preferred,
Advanced Excel and ERP skills.
